5Thumbs Up!
By Chris
I purchased these for my 2011 Subaru STI sedan. My car is Blue Plasma Pearl in color, so it gets hot in the summer with the windows up. I knew I wanted a ventvisor and I wanted ones that went in the window channel, not the stick on kind. I like the product and they look great on the car. I had two problems with the visors, one problem is sometimes the auto up feature on the window will sense pressure and the window will go back down. This can be solved by pushing the visor outward slightly and putting the window up slower without using the auto up feature. Also there wasn't enough of an adhesive strip on the back visors so they didn't adhere well to the window channel. I went out to Wal Mart and bought a roll of 3M double sided body molding tape and applied it to the visors. I then reinserted them and they are good to go now. These are nice visors and I would encourage other people to purchase them, just keep in mind every car is alittle different so you might need to buy some 3M tape to help the rear visors to attach to the window channel.

2Not a fan

I bought these for a 2010 subaru impreza. The first shipment showed up with a 2 inch semicircle broken out of the middle of a front deflector. I couldnt believe that they had broken so easily in shipping. I am not 100% sure that Amazon didnt ship me a set someone had sent back damaged from installation. I thought they would be much tougher, they seem to be brittle. I had amazon ship me new set and installed them. They dont fit very well and the instructions are not very detailed. I installed per the instructions and carefully rolled up my windows one at a time. The front window deflectors are a very snug fit, I dont think they will fall out like the back ones may! However I think they may be too snug! The drivers side tipped the window in the frame even after slowly and carefully rolling up the windows 10+ times per the instructions. The passenger side cracked a small piece from the front edge. The rear windows have adhesive backing that is intended to hold them in place but it did not stick at all on my car. I held in place and rolled up windows to see if the added pressure from the window being up would help the adhesive bond after a few days. If not I may just remove the rear deflectors before they fall out or see if I can get them to stay with some double sided adhesive. In general they are not as good as I thought they would be and I think I may end up sending them back for a refund!!!
