Looks great, but needs a little help

Nicely designed hood deflector that looks great. It would be easy to install EXCEPT the four self tapping screws are way too small to properly engage the screw plugs that are supposed to hold it on the hood. As with most hood deflectors, this one has to be flexed to fit and when you do, POP goes the screw plugs!

I replaced the four self tapping screws and washers with #10 x 3/4" black trim screws and that solved the problem. You have to hold the screw plugs with a small flat-blade screwdriver to keep them from rotating until the trim screws can expand them.
