DESCRIPTION IS WRONG

ATTENTION POTENTIAL BUYERS: The product description states this model "installs inside the window channel." IT DOES NOT! Upon further research, the manufacturers website states that model #194040 installs inside the window channel, but model #94040 advertised here installs with tape on the outside of the vehicle. Here are the links to the manuals for each model number. They have pictorial representations for installation to illustrate the differences I'm referring too.

I'm disappointed in Amazon at the time I'm writing this. I called customer service upon receiving the product (over three weeks ago) realizing the mistake that had been made, and the representative could not understand my complaint no matter how many different ways I tried to explain it to him (and I don't feel like this is that hard to understand). I see that the same description is still up even though I called and des cribed in detail how the product description is wrong almost a month ago.

I hope this comment prevents others from making the same mistake I made.

wrong item # for this product

received the window vents and they are not for a crew cab.. even thought the item # says it is,, its not its for a extented cab. now gotta figure out how to ship it back ,, should be no charge, not our fault, we put the right info in and it gave us this product #, says for crew cab chevy. aghhhh!!

Perfect Fit!

I bought these for my husband's truck and they are the perfect fit! I was concerned, as it is very important to have the right ones, but I shouldn't have been; Amazon helped me to find the right ones, and my husband is happy too!!!
