Great product!

Ordered this bug shield with Super Saver Shipping & received it within 3-4 days. A PERFECT fit for my 2011 Tacoma. Probably fits better than the OEM shield from Toyota & at a much lower price! Only takes 15 minutes to install carefully with the included bolts/screws & washers. LOOKS GREAT on my truck!!

Non-existent Customer Service

There is nothing wrong with the Bug Shield I ordered EXCEPT that the accompanying screw(s) that has to be used to attach the item was lacking. I e-mailed Wade Customer Service and informed Amazon too concerning this and I did not receive any response from both parties. Should I return the item just for two (2) measly pieces of screw? It is not worth making a mountain out of a molehill however it is still a pain in the *** because the size of the screw is somewhat out of the ordinary. So CAVEAT to prospective buyers. Otherwise, the bug shield I ordered was a thing of beauty - only the Customer Service needs plenty of room for improvement.

I was able to install this item in about 5 minutes, fits great and looks great. I purchased it because i travel about 5 miles of dirt roads and wanted to protect the paint on the hood and so far so good.
